Exhibitor's registration is now over.
 Exhibition Overview:
There will be an exhibition area adjoining the main Kihada Hall during AFAD 2016. 
By participating in the workshop as an exhibitor, your company or organization will have an
opportunity to showcase the latest technology, new products, and a chance to interact with
more than 150 participants including decision makers and top researchers in one place.
We cordially invite you to join us for AFAD 2016.

Floor Plan: 
Exhibition will take place in Hybrid Space of Uji Obaku Plaza 2nd floor at Uji Camupus.
The floor plan will be designed to maximise Exhibitors' exposure to the participants.

Exhibition Booth Information:
Each exhibition booth will comprise an space as below. 
Each booth will be equipped with 1 poster board (90cm x 120cm), 1 table, and 2 chairs. 
 
Exhibitor Registration Fee:
100,000JPY (per company/organization)
Exhibitor Registration fee includes;
1 exhibition booth
Banquet on February 1, 2016
Coffee breaks
Recognition as an exhibitor/sponsor on the workshop website
 
Exhibitor's Registration Procedure:
STEP1 Download and complete "Exhibittor Registration Form" below. 
STEP2 Send the completed form to KEK Intenational Coorporation Office by email
to tsubomi@mail.kek.jp, or by fax to +81-29-879-6229.
STEP3 Once we receive the form, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
 STEP4 Invoice will be issued and sent to you.
Payment information is written in the invoice.
 STEP5 According to the payment information, complete your payment.
 STEP6  Payment confirmation document will be sent to you.
 
The deadline for submitting "Exhibitor Registration Fom" is December 30, 2015. (JST)

Payment Information:
Detailed payment information is written in your invoice.
Payment must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by bank transfer.
As soon as we receive your registration form, invoice will be issued in JPY.
 
Allocation of Exhibiton Space:
Space allocation will be made on a "first come, first served" basis.
Space allocation will also be subject to availability.
 
Electricity:
There are only 4 sets of 100V-20A wall sockets in the exhibition floor, which should be
shared among the exhibitors just for their PC and small equipment.
Invitation Letter for Visa Application:
For foreign exhibitors who need Visa to enter Japan, we will prepare Visa supporting
documents. Please visit Visa page, and follow the instruction.
 
 Banquet:
Banquet will be held at 7:00pm-9:00pm, February 1, 2016 at Seizanso.
This is one of the major social events of the workshop.
All participants, exhibitors and their accommpanying persons will be welcome and may join free.
