2012	First Meeting	The CoEPP, Melbourne, Australia 7th July. 2012	The 1st AsiaHEP Meeting was held at Melborne, Australia in July 2012 hosted by the ARC Centre of Excellence for Particle Physics at the Terascale (CoEPP). The initial members of the AsiaHEP (Australia, China, India, Japan, Korea and Taiwan) discussed how to decide an organizational framework of the Panel, including its missions, bylaws, structure and membership. The group invited the chairs of the Funding Agencies for Large Colliders (FALC), the International Linear Collider Steering Committee (ILCSC) and the Asian Linear Collider Steering Committee (ALCSC), as well as the representatives from the Japan Association of High Energy Physics (JAHEP), the European Strategy Group and the KEK Institute of Particle and Nuclear Studies (IPNS) to the meeting in order to hear global trend and current particle physics activities worldwide.
2013	Second Meeting	BINP, Novosibirsk, Russia 26th February. 2013	The 2nd AsiaHEP Meeting was held at Novosibirsk, Russia in Feb. 2013, hosted by the Budker Institutue of Nuclear physics (BINP). During the meeting, the bylaw of the panel was agreed by consensus of the attendees. Bylaws of AsiaHEP Public Note
2013	Third Meeting	Makuhari, Japan 17th July 2013	The 3rd Asia-HEP Meeting was held in Makuhari, Japan, on 17th July 2013.
2014	Forth Meeting	The University of Melbourne, Australia 17th January 2014	The 4th AsiaHEP Meeting was held at the University of Melbourne on January 17, 2014.
2015	Fifth Meeting	IHEP Dongguan Branch, Guangdong, China 30th-31st January 2015	The 5th AsiaHEP Meeting and the 22nd ACFA Meeting were held at IHEP Dongguan Branch on January 30-31, 2015.
2016	Sixth Meeting	Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan 4th February 2016	The 6th AsiaHEP Meeting and the 23nd ACFA Meeting were held at Kyoto University on February 4, 2016.
2017	Seventh Meeting	Institute of Modern Physics Lanzhou, China 19th January 2017	The 7th AsiaHEP Meeting and the 24th ACFA Meeting were held at Institute of Modern Physics(IMP) on January 19, 2017.
